Is superglass a replacement for our current CRM?+
No. We know how much time and money you poured into setting up your Salesforce org. superglass sits on top of it and ensures your reps can get high-quality data in without losing hours of their day to typing. (Salesforce today - more CRMs may follow.)
How does Methodology Builder work? Do you support standard sales frameworks?+
Methodology Builder lets you configure your sales methodology - MEDDIC, SPICED, or fully custom - as a structured set of rules that shapes how your team qualifies deals and updates your CRM. Instead of forcing you into a rigid, copyrighted framework, it extracts the elements that fit your product, your buyers, and your deal sizes.
What's the difference between Sales Reps and Sales Leaders seats?+
Sales Reps (€29/seat) covers capture and per-opportunity intelligence. Sales Leaders (€79/seat) is a separate, standalone seat: a pipeline-wide assistant, plus Team Coaching - a weekly read on who needs a hand and why. The user workflow
Does the AI automatically change things in our CRM without my permission?+
No. We don't let AI act on your pipeline unsupervised. When a rep drops their raw notes or audio into superglass, the AI structures and classifies the data on a private dashboard first. The rep can review it, tweak it, and click "Save." Only then does it push cleanly into your CRM. You remain in total control.
Data, GDPR & security
Where is our data stored, and is it compliant?+
superglass is built and hosted in the European Union. All of our infrastructure runs on secure European servers, and we comply with GDPR and the EU AI Act. Your data stays in the EU, secure and protected.
Does the AI use our sensitive sales data or customer conversations to train its public models?+
Never. This is a hard line for us. Your data, your custom methodologies, and your client conversations are strictly yours. Your data is isolated and is never used to train public AI models.
What happens to my Field Notes data after it is processed?+
We keep it only as long as it's useful to you. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account termination. Raw notes and audio are purged from our systems as soon as they've been processed - we don't hoard files. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
